Allow me to introduce myself.
I am Toby, and for over two decades
I have practiced, studied and shared the discipline, tradition and philosophy of yoga. The First Congregational Church of Coventry has blessed me with the opportunity to once again offer classes to the public on:
Monday & Tuesday at 5:00pm (Downstairs Room #5)
Saturday at 9:00am (Downstairs Room #5)
The cost will be $10 cash or check to Tobyoga
Sessions begin on September 16, 2024
It is an honor and privilege to be given the space and welcomed into the church community. It is humbling to continue the lineage that has been passed on the me by my mentors and guides.
In showing up, you will be provided with an effective, unique, creative, fun, soulful experience.
